Position: Part-Time Facility Attendant Needed
Become a Facility Attendant with the Capital Regional District, responsible for maintenance and cleaning in a variety of public recreation facilities. Enjoy varying hours, including evenings.

This auxiliary position involves key tasks such as cleaning, facility security, and grounds upkeep. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and basic knowledge of building maintenance and safety practices. Your work is essential to maintaining enriching community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine cleaning in public areas for upkeep

• Verify that buildings and equipment are secure

• Conduct basic maintenance on grounds as directed

• Support event setups as required by management

• Comply with CRD policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

• High School Graduation is mandatory

• Minimum six months’ experience in a related role

• Required to have WHMIS Certification

• Must hold a valid BC Driver's Licence

• Acceptable results on a criminal record check are needed
