Position: Facilities & Property Manager Role
Drive operational excellence as a Facilities & Property Manager for Adult & Teen Challenge in Northern Manitoba. This hands-on position focuses on facility upkeep and project coordination.

As the Facilities & Property Manager, your role encompasses a blend of direct maintenance work and the supervision of external contractors. With 3–7+ years of relevant experience, you will maintain a proactive approach in managing safety and functionality across all properties. Responsibilities include coordinating tenant support and implementing preventative maintenance to ensure long-term stability and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily walkthroughs for maintenance evaluations

• Ensure safe access by managing snow and ice removal

• Oversee minor repairs in electrical and plumbing

• Coordinate contractor efforts for renovations

• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years in building maintenance or facilities management

• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks

• Physical ability to perform maintenance work daily

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

• Organized with effective communication skills
