As a full-time CNA, you'll provide personalized support to residents based on their care plans. This includes vital sign monitoring, personal hygiene assistance, and fostering a warm, community atmosphere. Accurate reporting and adherence to facility policies will ensure that all care is delivered safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care following established protocols

• Measure and document residents’ vital signs regularly

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities

• Engage residents in a positive and comforting manner

• Follow procedures for reporting health changes and incidents

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant license valid in the state

• Education level of at least 10th grade

• CPR certification is preferred

• Strong communication abilities

• Capacity to perform physical tasks related to resident care
