• Provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain good knowledge of till and cash‑related duties
• Stock & display products to present a neat, clean, well‑merchandised department
• Sell, load and record sales according to all regulations in all commodities
• Provide good customer service in all commodities
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly; check case temperatures regularly
• Clean up garbage in the yard, cut grass, weed whip, chemical spray (with supervisor), and remove snow and ice
• Pick, prepare & deliver products; assist with inventory counting
• Assist with inventory control, receiving & merchandising of products
• Perform general housekeeping duties, presenting a clean, well‑merchandised store
• Operate forklift
• Other duties as assigned

• The successful candidate will display good customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
• Drivers license & ability to operate a forklift required
• Must be able to work efficiently, independently, and assume responsibility
• Farm knowledge considered an asset
• Involves lifting
• Must be willing to work all shifts, including weekends
• This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position: therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co‑ops Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment
• Averages 24‑40 hours/week
