• Leverage leads to consistently close new sales
• Educate prospects on customized benefits solutions
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their plans
• Handover clients to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in B2B sales, insurance experience a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Quick adaptability with technology
• Cold calling and lead generation experience
• Ability to use CRM systems effectively
