Pioneer is searching for two committed students for our Prairie East team this summer. This internship offers exposure to agronomy while working with Territory Managers and sales reps in the field. You will be involved in scouting, data collection, and assist with product positioning—all crucial in supporting local farmers and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scout fields for pests, diseases, and plant stress
• Conduct on-farm trials and maintain demo sites
• Assist in collecting harvest data and agronomic samples
• Support territory managers on grower visits
• Prepare marketing materials and assist in farm events
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program
• Valid driver’s license for extensive travel
• Eligible to work in Canada for summer
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable in outdoor environments and variable conditions
