Support individuals in their recovery journey as a Bilingual Recovery Coach. Leverage your personal experiences to advocate for tailored services and encourage personal growth and self-sufficiency.

This role centers on providing individualized support to those facing substance use challenges. You will engage actively with clients, helping them define recovery goals, access community resources, and develop action plans. Your unique skills and experience will be invaluable to integrated treatment teams, fostering holistic growth and resilience as you assist individuals in overcoming obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust through personal recovery storytelling

• Advocate in treatment and community environments

• Access community resources and peer support

• Model healthy choices and self-advocacy

• Document interactions and progress diligently

Requirements:

• Certification from a recognized Recovery Coach Academy

• High school diploma or GED must be obtained

• Driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Outgoing personality with crisis management skills

• 21 years or older for application
