Location:
Wallingford Hybrid working Responsibilities Ownership of Purchase ledger function. Process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the College's policies. Maintain and update supplier accounts, including setting up new suppliers and ensuring appropriate authorisation. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. General Payments. Arrange and process international payments as required.
