Dr. Grossi, a proud Flint native, is deeply committed to serving both his patients and the Flint community. Each year, he hosts a free dental day to provide essential care to those in need without insurance. • Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and process claims
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Must have 1+ years of Treatment Coordinating experience in dental field
• Must be organized, detail‑oriented, and highly reliable
• A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
