We are looking for a team player; someone who is willing to work alongside others and under the guidance of class teachers and the headteacher.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a positive, encouraging manner are essential qualities.
The successful candidate will play a key part in assisting in the delivery of an exciting curriculum for 27.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of being a teaching assistant within a primary setting
- Have worked with children with specific learning, physical and social needs
- Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have high expectations of pupil behaviour
- Contribute to the ethos of a friendly, happy school, in which the personal development and well‑being of the children is given the highest priority
