You don’t need to be a qualified teacher - just confident, calm, and ready to lead a classroom. Whether you're after full-time stability, part-time flexibility, or a fresh challenge during school hours - this is your moment!

• Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher
• Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety
• Collecting completed work and reporting on the session
• Being a positive role model students look up to

• 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
• EWC registration (or willingness to register)
• A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
