Support Worker, Mental Health

Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our friendly team in Blackpool, Lancashire. We provide quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities in a vibrant service where no two days are the same. You will support service users in various activities, including employment, volunteering, community engagement, and daily living tasks  are looking for someone with a great sense of humor who enjoys being part of an energetic team.

Your role includes encouraging service users to engage in exciting social activities both within and outside their homes and developing warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring they enjoy their time to the fullest. We offer both full-time and part-time hours with a willingness to work sleep-ins and cover various shift patterns (early, mid, late). Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles.
