Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving process improvements, implementing new systems, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities Oversee payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Lead payroll transformation projects, including system implementation and process optimisation. Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals across multiple countries. Partner with HR and other stakeholders to align systems and processes. Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of payroll experience within a multinational organisation.

Proven track record managing multiple EMEA payrolls. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with payroll transformation projects. Ability to work onsite with some flexibility for hybrid arrangements. Some travel expected to multiple sites Why Join Us?
