At Huws Gray, we're passionate about helping our customers build better. We're looking for a driven, ambitious and commercially focused Territory Sales Manager
to join our National Sales team and play a key role in driving growth across Flint & Ellesmere Port.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building relationships and creating commercial opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new customers, re-engaging lapsed accounts, and establishing long-term partnerships that deliver value for both our customers and the business.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits and lead generation activities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term trading relationships.
  • Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximise customer engagement and account acquisition.
  • Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
  • Deliver against sales and margin targets while contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local opportunities to support growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and supplier partners to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.

What you’ll bring:

We're looking for a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives on building new business and creating lasting customer relationships. You'll have a proven track record in field-based sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop a strong pipeline and convert prospects into profitable customers. Commercially aware and customer-focused, you'll be a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with decision-makers and delivering results.

Experience with in the builders' merchant, construction or building materials sector would be advantageous, as would knowledge of relevant product categories and CRM systems. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, resilience and a passion for winning new business.
