We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance Team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining robust financial data integrity within our organization.

• Process check requests and expense reports with precision and on time.
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices to ensure financial accuracy. Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain complete records.
• Execute data entry associated with accounts payable with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Audit and process credit card bills regularly.
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries effectively and professionally.
• Establish and implement accounting policies and procedures for new company departments.
• Prepare comprehensive company and department financial statements.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience with progressive advancement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze financial data.
