Flatrock AFC home is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across our organization. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks—from handling mail and drafting documents to maintaining records, coordinating company wide meetings, and overseeing key trackers and software systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Retrieve mail and distribute accordingly
  • Draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information
  • File and retrieve HR and corporate records, documents, and reports as needed
  • Assist with preparing for company wide meetings
  • Complete miscellaneous errands such as picking up or dropping items
  • Oversee spreadsheets for various projects, including pop‑ins and guardian calls tracker
  • Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software
  • Prepare and format information for internal and external distribution
  • Maintain Microsoft TEAMS application as an administrator to add and remove users
  • Oversee vehicle tracker and complete Secretary of State renewals
  • Complete special order request purchases as assigned
  • Complete supply orders
  • Assist the Community Support Advocate Manager with Oakley or company wide events as needed
  • Maintain positive, open, and supportive relationships with all management and staff
  • Advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3+ years of experience in secretarial and/or administrative support roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and produce error‑free work under pressure
