Job DescriptionResponsible for providing administrative support within Energy Delivery for distribution project team leader in Saginaw, Michigan.
QualificationsThe Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas:
Customer Energy Management.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices and checks.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities.
- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages.
- Operate office machines; photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Must be able to interface and work with teams with diverse disciplines, understand their administrative needs and requirements.
Required skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, being detail oriented, highly motivated, well-organized, and team oriented, with an attitude and aptitude to learn new skills and perform new responsibilities.
Preferred skills include SAP Front/Back Office, plotter operation, and scanner operation.
Education and experience requirements include a High School degree or equivalent, with 0 to 1 year's work experience. Some college and experience in an administrative or clerical role are preferred.
