We are recruiting for a Marketing andamp;
Events Coordinator for a 12-month maternity cover contract with a client.
This role offers a great opportunity to advance a career in marketing and events within a respected global manufacturer whose technology is widely used by audio professionals. The position involves significant engagement in planning and executing an extensive calendar of exhibitions, roadshows, training sessions, and internal events. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will manage logistics such as stand builds, equipment shipments, and onsite support, while also providing marketing and administrative assistance to the broader team.andlt;/pandgt;

Key responsibilities for this role include organizing the clients participation in exhibitions and other events by collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will handle logistics including stand construction, contractor coordination, equipment shipping, and on-site setups. The position also involves coordinating training events from conception to completion, providing on-site support and hospitality as needed. Additionally, you will manage requests for marketing materials from sales teams and distributors, help with email communications and newsletters, and support database maintenance.
The role requires assisting in the management of promotional merchandise and providing general administrative support, such as organizing travel, meetings, and maintaining records.andlt;/pandgt; andlt;pandgt;
Candidates should have experience in administrative, office coordination, or marketing support roles, with some background in arranging events, exhibitions, or training sessions, ideally in a B2B setting. The client seeks a highly organized individual who can manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities with attention to detail. Proficiency in using basic marketing tools, such as email platforms or CRM systems, or a willingness to learn quickly is important.
Strong communication skills are essential for working with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and distributors. Furthermore, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required, with additional design skills being advantageous but not necessary.
