Easterseals MORC is hiring for a Part Time Team Support Specialist to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role.

• Demonstrate ability to engage consumers in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery.
• Assist individuals served by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests across diverse communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.
• Check consumers out and manage the flow of consumers and other patrons out of doctors and administrative offices.
• Answer and triage internal and external telephone calls; conduct initial screening of consumers to determine the nature of requests or problems, take messages, refer to appropriate parties, and perform related customer service activities representing the program to the general public.
• Pull, file, audit, and maintain charts for the team assigned; this includes completing change forms and auditing charts in accordance with Utilization Review, Medicaid Provider Guidelines, the Department of Community Health (DCH), GHS and Region 10.
• Take and maintain Team meeting minutes as requested.
• Enter service activity logs.
• Manage the APA/PE process; edit and scan.
• Maintain the Team Psychiatrist(s) appointment schedule; make changes and follow-up phone calls to minimize “no shows.”
• Calculate Ability to Pay (ATP) financial information, enter the financial information in the MESH Client Management System, and forward the information to the Billing Department.
