Warmly greet and welcome all customers and visitors as they arrive.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or taking messages accurately.
Process customer payments for services and vehicle purchases, ensuring accuracy in cash, check, and credit card transactions.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, creating a positive first impression.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the sales and service departments.
Provide general information to customers about the dealership and its offerings.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and information.
Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk area.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
