to support members with insurance- and finance-related travel needs. You will design domestic and international itineraries, book transportation, lodging, and tours, and recommend AAA and partner insurance and financial products that help protect member travel.
Key Duties- Consult with members to understand budgets, preferences, and risk tolerance.
- Provide accurate pricing, process payments, and manage travel bookings and reservations.
- Use GDS and reservation platforms to create itineraries and secure bookings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and product requirements.
- Resolve travel issues promptly and deliver a safety-focused, member-first experience.
- Strong travel planning and booking proficiency for domestic and international travel.
- Experience with GDS and reservation systems.
- Ability to advise on insurance/financial products and explain options clearly.
- Detail-oriented, accurate pricing, and reliable payment processing.
- Excellent customer service skills and integrity-driven professionalism.
