• Teach music lessons to students per Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student count, ensuring growth and enjoyment.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain headcount.
• Assist with customer service as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Build trusting relationships with students and families.
• Communicate progress to students and parents.

• Previous experience in music, education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
• Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the area they will teach.
