• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous job-related experience or post-secondary education in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication, proofreading, and basic accounting skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy with staff, students, parents, and community.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience with youth employment laws, work-based learning, and Career Pathways.
• Physical examination by a licensed physician confirming capability to perform duties.
• Electronic fingerprint clearance from a criminal record check.

• Answering phones and providing information for enrollment.
• Monitoring and answering doors for building access.
• Completing purchase orders.
• Assisting with MICIR monitoring and maintenance.
• Assisting with adult education transcript audits.
• Managing CA-60 and student files.
• Supporting McKinney Vento Liaison with data management and student identification.

Wages:
Up to 7 hours/day, starting at $15.00/hour, aligned with the student academic calendar.

Skills:

Ability to build effective relationships, perform duties per district policies.

Physical Demands:
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, with normal vision and hearing required.
