International Academy of Flint is currently hiring a part-time Lunch/Recess Aide (10am - 2pm) for the upcoming school year.

We are a K-12 charter school in Flint that brings students from different backgrounds together to collaborate, develop strong relationships, and learn from one another as they explore new learning opportunities.

• The classroom Paraprofessional is responsible for providing students with a safe, loving, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Works closely with the classroom teacher and the school administrative team.
• Makes sure the school's systems, policies, and procedures are properly and consistently implemented and maintained.
• May be assigned other tasks such as teaching, if deemed necessary by the Academic Quality Controller or School Director.
