Mid-Michigan Area Public Schools Consortium (Fiedler Elementary School) is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students with disabilities under the direction of certified staff. The role includes instructional assistance, behavior support, and personal care as outlined in students' IEPs.
The paraprofessional will reinforce curriculum, assist with accommodations, attend IEP Team meetings when requested, and help maintain communication with families.
