Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Specialist position based in Flint, MI. The role involves building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. Daily responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding and support, responding to inquiries, providing guidance on financial services and tools, and ensuring client needs are met effectively. You will act as a critical link between clients and our internal teams, ensuring the highest level of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or related roles
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Proven customer service mindset with a focus on relationship building
- Experience in account management and client retention strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Redtail preferred)
- Experience in financial services, or subscription-based models preferred
- Working knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, insurance, or advisory environments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field (preferred) FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63, 66) insurance licenses (Life, Health).
