Responsibilities
- Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process
- Collect and organize borrower documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding required paperwork and loan updates
- Coordinate with processing teams to help ensure timely closings
- Learn the full mortgage process from application through funding
- Prepare for and obtain your NMLS license with company support
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Previous mortgage, banking, sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus
- Ability to work in-office in Troy, MI
