Receptionist Flint, MI

The Receptionist will provide direct assistance to the staff of Taylor Life Center's Clinton Township office. This role requires exceptional professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

• Ability to present a professional manner to the public, co-workers, persons served, and all other agencies as necessary including on the phone and in person.
• Ensure all phone calls are answered professionally, timely, and redirected accordingly.
• Facilitate all necessary form procedures that need to address all needs of the persons served.
• Maintain an orderly office environment, including but not limited to daily cleanliness of the office.
• Must be able to maintain records and providers schedules, which includes, but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, canceled appointments, etc. while efficiently and accurately using proper procedure(s).
• Enter data on the computer as procedure(s) indicate, including but not limited to, documentation of all communication from persons served daily.
• Facilitate insurance verification of persons served appointments including verification of current authorizations.
• Responsible for assisting with the creation and maintenance of new, current, and discharged records.

• 18 years of age or older
• Working telephone
• Pass all regulatory checks
• Must obtain required trainings
• Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the use of the insured vehicle during work hours.
• Experience in a health care setting preferred
