Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist opportunity in a busy, private practice vascular surgery office in Flint.
The vascular surgeons at Michigan Vascular Center serve as leaders in innovative vascular care for sixty years, offering full‑service vascular care across five locations in mid‑Michigan.
Pay Information$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Responsibilities- Creating a positive experience for all patients and guests
- Use of EHR/EMR and Practice Management System
- Scheduling appointments for multiple medical providers and ultrasound lab
- Answering multi‑line telephones, scanning documents, and taking patient payments
- Requesting and preparing documents for future appointments
- Monday‑Friday, first shift
- No working weekends or holidays, with paid holidays
- Benefits include PTO, health and vision insurance, short and long‑term disability, and life insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for scheduled shifts
- Customer service skills
