Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan is excited to expand our Flint clinic and we’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide supervision and feedback for RBTs/BTs.
• Partner with other BCBAs and clinical leadership.
• Manage a mixed caseload (early intervention + school-age).
• Lead assessments, parent training, and treatment planning.

• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong supervisory and collaboration skills.
• Dedication to ethical, high-quality ABA practice.
