Licensed Physical Therapist - Clinical Manager
Insight Comprehensive Therapy is in search of a full time Licensed Physical Therapist to add to our dynamic team! There are immediate openings for our Flint location. Must be a self‑starter who is capable of working diligently and independently in a medical facility setting.

- Ensure clinical staff maintain high standards of patient care and evidence‑based practices
- Work with billing teams to ensure proper coding and reimbursement.
- Supervise and support physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and other rehab staff.
- Serve as liaison between therapists, physicians, administration, and other departments.
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding clinical staff.
- Provide mentorship and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
- Monitor treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Ensure care is evidence-based and aligned with best practices.
- Perform initial and on‑going assessments of patient's condition, for patient's in an inpatient setting as well as outpatient ambulatory case types
- Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family
- The physical therapist evaluates and assesses participants to determine mobility level and other functional abilities
- Conducts initial assessment and periodic reassessment (minimally every 6 months) of all participants' physical condition and functional status
- Assessments must be completed prior to scheduled team meeting
- Communicate participants' changes to team
- Develops Plan of Care, develops treatment programs when indicated, sets goals and provides treatment
- Records and signs treatments in participants' chart, records, signs and dates Progress notes
- Attends staff meetings and takes part in participant care planning

- Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be licensed in the State of Michigan and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state practice guidelines
- Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required;
Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum - Current Basic Life Support certificate, or ability to obtain within 45 days of the date of hire
- Previous experience preferred within a residential environment
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards
- Ability to multitask and move between responsibilities in a fluid manner
- Able to work in a fast‑paced and stressful environment while maintaining positive energy
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement
- Able to work compassionately with patients and coworkers to exhibit patient care second to none
- Exudes respect and flexibility to impact the workplace in a positive manner
