Job Title: OB/GYN Sonographer

Location: Flint, MI

Job Type: Direct Hire OR Contract to Hire

Compensation: Up to $37 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Ultrasonographer with expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) to join our client’s team. This position is critical in providing essential prenatal care through ultrasound imaging services and requires immediate availability.

• Perform pregnancy scans from viability to delivery, including fetal anatomical studies, ectopic studies, core Dopplers, growth Dopplers, fluid checks, and cervical length measurements.
• Conduct first, second and third trimester scans and evaluate normal and abnormal fetal growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and accurate diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold compliance with ARDMS standards.
• Support a positive patient experience through compassionate communication and professionalism.

• ARDMS Certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of OBGYN ultrasound experience.
• Proficiency in performing first, second and third trimester scans, cervical length measurements, and fetal anatomical studies.
• Strong knowledge of both normal and abnormal fetal development.
• Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Familiarity with Doppler ultrasound and advanced obstetrical imaging techniques.
• Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine and high‑risk pregnancies a huge plus.
