We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high‑quality home health services throughout the greater Flint area. • Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and functional independence
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on exercises, strategies, and home programs
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency, state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission standards
• Participate in care coordination and case conferences as needed

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Current Michigan Speech‑Language Pathology license
• CCC‑SLP preferred, or completion of supervised clinical fellowship toward certification
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred (home health experience strongly preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑focused
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
