HR Generalist and Safety Coordinator

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a HR Generalist search in the Flint, MI area.

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Annual Bonus

• Provide HR support in various areas, including recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy compliance, compensation, and workers' compensation.
• Monitor environmental health and safety programs to ensure adherence to federal, state, and municipal regulations, as well as company policies.

• Prior experience in hiring and benefits administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate safety documentation effectively.
