The manager is accountable for overseeing people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a service‑oriented leadership style, and a proven ability to assess, set, and achieve sales and service goals for the location.

candidates with heavy‑duty diesel mechanic experience and tire service expertise are strongly preferred. A solid understanding of fleet maintenance operations is essential, as is the ability to work directly with customers to ensure their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally.
