Responsibilities
- Oversee daily CNC lathe production to meet company goals and standards
- Program update and maintain CNC lathe programs with accurate recordkeeping
- Set up CNC lathes for operators to ensure smooth production flow
- Operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes independently as needed
- Perform in-process inspections to confirm part accuracy and compliance
- Support corrective and preventive actions related to lathe quality issues
- Report product process, or equipment concerns without delay
- Handle store and maintain lathe tooling parts and equipment properly
- Keep documentation updated per quality system requirements
- Report maintenance or equipment issues immediately
- 3-5 years of experience with CNC milling
- 3 to 5 years of experience operating & setting up CNC lathes
- 3 to 5 years of CNC lathe programming experience
- 3 years of blueprint reading experience
- 1-2 years of using Manufacturing Test Equipment
- Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
- Must pass a background check
