CNC Mill Operator - 2nd Shift

Base Pay Range
: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator with hands‑on experience in CNC machining
. This role requires proficiency in measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators
.

• Preferably 5 years of experience in CNC milling operations.
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
• Capable of running and maintaining part quality on 2 to 3 machines simultaneously.
• Perform own tool changes efficiently.
• Read and understand blueprints accurately.
• Follow part Process Sheets meticulously.
• Knowledgeable in M & G codes.
• Familiar with basic CNC functions – single block, optional stop, cycle stop, feedrate override.
• Make precise tool offsets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Perform CNC set‑ups independently.

• Daily equipment maintenance inspections: lubrication, fluid checks, chip handling.
• Program loading and verification procedures.
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards.
• Adhere to industry safety standards and maintain necessary certifications.

Location: Flint, MI

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift 3:30 pm – 12:00 am

Pay: $16‑$23/hour based on experience PLUS $2/HR 2nd‑shift premium.

Overtime: Paid after 40 hours. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
