Pay: $19.65/hour + weekly attendance bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• 1st: 7 am to 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift - 4 pm to 12:30 am (includes additional shift premium)

, with opportunities for both experienced welders and recent welding school graduates ready to build their skills in a production environment.

• Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies
• Fit and position components using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools
• Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and sample parts
• Inspect your welds to make sure they meet quality standards
• Grind, clean, and finish welded components as needed
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Help keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals

• MIG welding experience or formal welding training
• Recent welding school graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Comfortable working with basic welding and fabrication equipment
• Ability to follow work instructions and production specifications
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Dependable and comfortable working as part of a production team

This is a hands-on manufacturing environment. You’ll be working around welding equipment, machinery, and active production areas, so the shop may be noisy, dusty, smoky, or dirty at times.

Production needs can change, and overtime may be available or required depending on workload. Safety, quality, and reliable attendance are important parts of the job.
