About You

You Will
We expect you to:
- Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center
- Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management
- Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given
- Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers
You Have
Requirements + Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS upon hire
- ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire
Preferred
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- ICU or perioperative nursing experience
- Leadership experience
- Nurse Manager experience
- Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)

Location:
Flint, MI. Salary range: $74,000.00-$90,000.00.
