Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Registered Nurse Pre/Post-Op for travel /contract positions in Flint, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:

Range $2200 to $2450 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift:
10 Hours;
Days, 7.30a - 6.00p

Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 4 shifts per week, No weekend or call

• Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
• OR Nursing experience:
  Recent/Current 2+ years – Required
• Experience with Orthopedics, General, Gynecology, Urology, Neurology - Required

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of MI - Required
• BLS Certifications from AHA
  - Required

• Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in OR (Pre/Post-Op)
• The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process.
  Works collaboratively with other members ofthe healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
• Carries out functions according to hospital policy,the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines
• Directs,coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient / family centered care.
• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
