How do maintenance people play a key role in our restaurant?

* Filter oil fryers daily

* Maintaining outside grounds

* Clean Equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

* Take out trash and cardboard

* Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

* Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

* Clean HVAC/Exhaust units
