Shift Manager – McDonald's
This posting is for a third shift management position. Serious inquiries only. During the interview process the manager will discuss the job duties and the hours this particular shift will operate.

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handover.
- Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced setting.
