Shift Manager – McDonald's

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handover.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced setting.
