Responsibilities- Coach the staff to deliver amazing customer service;
- Produce high quality food;
- Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience;
- Handle cash;
- Follow the Learning Management System Training Program;
- Develop others for career growth;
- Enforce policies and procedures;
- Participate in local and national marketing initiatives;
- Build sales;
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment;
- Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant;
- Communicate effectively;
- Have a sense of urgency;
- Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless a medical notation is made or an ADA temporary doctor’s note with a time frame for restrictions;
- Work 38-40 hours per week;
- Have the ability to get to and from work;
- Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM of any issues;
- Lead by example in product quality, customer interaction, and arriving in a clean, fitted, pressed uniform daily;
- Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant than others;
- Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere;
- Multitask and work with a sense of urgency;
- Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience;
- Understand the terms of accountability and integrity;
- Act as key holder;
- Open and close the store;
- Bake bread and perform all prep;
- Manage and lead a crew of 2 to 5 people;
- Be proficient in slicing;
- Education:
High school degree or equivalent; - 1 year QSR experience preferred;
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer;
- Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler;
- Must have reliable transportation;
