Job Summary

Assistant Store Manager role supporting Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring positive customer experience, efficient inventory management, and a well‑trained team. Oversees daily operations, maintains store standards, leads team to achieve sales goals, builds positive work culture, drives employee involvement, and supports change management.

• Greeting customers, maintaining welcoming environment and store appearance, including displays and signage.
• Training and coaching team members to provide exceptional customer service, engagement, and compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
• Overseeing inventory flow, markdowns, ticketing, and clearance management; maintaining accurate pricing and organized stockrooms; removing damaged or expired items; setting daily and weekly freight goals.
• Monitoring sales performance; implementing strategies to achieve sales targets; collaborating on marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment; performing other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Basic mathematical calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager.
