Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail & Store Manager
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a Motivated, Team Building, Positive Individual to fill a Full Time Opening for an Outlet Supervisor at our Flint Warehouse location.
$16 an hour Monday - Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm (hours may differ)

Essential duties and responsibilities- Open/Close Store
- Ensure the building is Secure
- Assist with procedures related to cash registers and cash handling
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service
- Maintain safe and secure work environment
- Ability to appropriately handle customer concerns and or complaints
- Stock and return merchandise
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed appropriately
- Maintain overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of store
- Adhere to and enforce all Goodwill policies and procedures
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years’ retail experience (or related type work).
- Ability to use the cash register and follow Goodwill Industries policies and procedures.
- Ability to work full time; all shifts Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and extra shifts as necessary.
- Ability to lift 15-35 pounds.
- Ability to hang merchandise; lifting up to six feet.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have telephone access.
- Ability to bend and stoop
