Sr Territory Sales Manager – Lansing and Flint, MI

Job Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for sales, operations and P&L of a branch to meet financial and company objectives for profitability and growth. Manage a sales force to expand market penetration and ensure timely product delivery and proper merchandising of Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within territory.

- Position based out of either Lansing or Flint, MI facility
- Directly manage teams at two branches – Lansing and Flint
- Lead a team of 8 direct reports (indirectly accountable for 85–90 staff)
- Work 5 consecutive days per week
Position Responsibilities
- Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth, and market share.
- Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management.
- Develop and grow relationships with major chain customers.
- Provide strong customer management.
- Develop and communicate business plans, set goals, monitor results, and take corrective action as needed.
- Deliver the business plan by providing leadership, focus, and motivation. Lead by example with integrity and maintain company principles and values.
- Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
- Maintain expenses within forecasted levels.
- Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery, including account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and service levels.
- Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys.
- Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed timely and effectively to maximize branch productivity.
- Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations.
- Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.
Total Rewards
- Salary Range: $130,700 – $135,000 per year
- Actual placement may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 3 years of consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions.
- 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience.
- Ability to travel to both Lansing and Flint facilities.
- Valid driver's license.
