Sales Counselor

Everstory Partners, a company dedicated to supporting families during funeral services, invites applications for the Sales Counselor role.

• Estimated first‑year earnings range: $45,000 - $55,000
• Uncapped commission and earnings
• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services
• Generate leads via walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting
• Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks

Full‑time

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales preferred
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement for travel
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed
