π― Role OverviewAs the Field Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator based in Flint, MI
, this full-time (40 hours per week) position will execute Gramazonβs field marketing initiatives while supporting inside sales and customer service efforts with our distribution and retail partners. This role bridges brand presence in the field with sales performance and customer experience at the retail level, ensuring coordinated activations, strong retailer relationships, and measurable results.
- πͺ Coordinate and manage the deployment of Brand Ambassadors across retail locations and events, ensuring alignment with Gramazon brand strategies.
- π Monitor and analyze field activations to track performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- π Provide actionable insights and reporting from field activities to internal teams and distribution partners.
- π€ Serve as the primary point of contact between Gramazon, brand teams, and distribution partners for all field marketing operations.
- βοΈ Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company policies during field marketing activities.
- π€π€ Collaborate with distribution and sales representatives to support shared retail partners and drive product adoption and sell-through.
- π§© Act as a retail support resource by facilitating communication, resolving issues, and coordinating delivery of promotional materials.
- π Track sales performance, inventory levels, and retailer feedback to ensure optimal product movement in the marketplace.
- π‘ Provide feedback to internal teams on retailer needs, market trends, and opportunities to strengthen sales strategies.
- βοΈ Serve as a primary point of contact for retail partners by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- β Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through follow-ups, order support, and post-activation feedback.
