• Provide security coverage at multiple sites, covering open shifts, call‑offs, or special assignments as directed.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter and detect unauthorized activity or safety hazards.
• Control access to facilities by verifying identification and credentials.
• Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and security equipment.
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Enforce site‑specific policies, rules, and regulations professionally and fairly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with clients, employees, visitors, and the public.
• Complete clear, accurate, and timely reports on incidents and daily activities.
• Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
• For armed roles:
  Maintain safe and responsible handling of assigned firearms, using them only when legally justified and in compliance with all policies, training, and laws.
• Remain flexible and prepared to work different shifts, locations, and site types on short notice.
• Attend and complete all required training, including site‑specific orientations and firearms qualifications if applicable.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to work at different locations and adapt to diverse site requirements.
• Excellent communication, observation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• For armed assignments:
  Valid state‑issued armed security license/permit, proof of firearms training/qualification, and compliance with all legal requirements.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and any required psychological evaluations.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, or driving for extended periods and responding rapidly to incidents.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and last‑minute assignments.
