As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all occupants. Your presence will help to deter security‑related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Tue: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Thu: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities as observed.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as directed by site policies.
• Support a welcoming environment while maintaining awareness of security‑related concerns specific to a healthcare location.

• Must have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
